We’re playing Mar 24th for free at Flicker and again Mar 31st at Tasty World, so come see us!

Case in point.
This is part of my remastering spree too… the overcompressedness of the CD mix was killing me. This one’s still overcompressed, but you know. It works.
Aldina wanted to start a screamo band.
“Because I can’t sing.” she explained. I knew the feeling.
Somehow though, we created something beautiful. The full title of this song is “The River Is Running Red Tonight As We Talk About Our Feelings”. Let your inner emo brat scream along.
We’ll probably do another one as soon as my workload lets up.
The River Is Running Red Tonight As We Talk About Our Feelings: Play Now | Play in Popup | Download (57)So this is an old Division by Zero song by Mr. Ben Yarling that I recorded for them years ago but never really got around to finishing. Then last week I was reminded of it and inspired to finally go back and wrap it up, and I do believe it sounds rather gorgeous. Have a listen.
I dunno what to call this one. Kind of dancy techno rock instrumental thing. Remixed it just today for improved performance.
Howdy kids. Put a couple more songs up tonight, be sure to give those a listen. In less staggeringly obvious news, I’ve a couple of things to inform you of. First, if you direct your attention (read: browser) to the music page, you will see that the music player is now functional. Note however that it will take a couple days for newly posted songs to show up there. Secondly, the freestyle stuff has been taken down from the site due to concerns about “content” “suitability” “target audience” and whatever other terms you wanna use to hint at “smuttiness”. For the few you who care (i.e., those present at those sessions), send me an email or something if you’re desperate to hear those takes. Otherwise, enjoy the other music.
One more thing. If anyone has any really good yet viable ideas for band names, drop me an email or leave a comment. I’m in need. I’ll give you… free shows for life, or something equally worthless. Later.
This one’s just me. Not counting the timpani samples I dug up and pitch shifted. Speaking of which, try to listen to it on something with good bass response, those timpani are where the real magic is.
So this one is a polka cover of a song by a band called Rehab. Go listen to the original, it’ll make you appreciate this one that much more. Also, all these lyrics are really from the song. Yes, even “Bone the dawn feels wrong” and “Little bitty guilties crawling all over my soul”.
Primarily me and Larry, with some backup vocals by John Cardinal.
Disco song featuring Sam Perren and Larry Cardinal. In case you can’t figure it out for yourself, the premise for the song is (I think) a crazy fat black lady who has Daniel Radcliffe’s baby… I would also like to go on record saying that I did not write any of the filthy lyrics.
Techno track with some compelling vocals by Rebecca Hale. And some rather disquieting ones from myself
